In 1987, young Nancy won Miss South Carolina pageant and later competed on Miss America 1988. With her stunning body measurements it’s no a surprise that she won special swimsuit award. She was married to Richard O’Dell but their marriage ended in 2005 with divorce. In 2013, O’Dell was given Honorary Doctorate of Humanities from Clemson University.
