The MailOnline reports that the latest big cosmetic surgery is the scrotal lift.

Yep. It’s exactly exactly what it sounds like. Additionally known as scrotoplasty or scrotal reduction, it’s a surgical procedure that works to remove excess and saggy skin on the testicles.
