While being interviewed about the surgery rumor, she told that she never had any plastic surgery procedure. Kim Basinger has high and full cheek since she was young, she admitted that she was fan of collagen therapy gel which has the same benefit like Botox. So, it is unlikely that she has cheek implant or uses some filler.
